Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused & shows no visible signs of damage.

All original packaging, accessories, & materials are included & intact.

The product remains in its original condition & qualifies under the DripYug quality guarantee.
Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 7 days from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email care@dripyug.in with:

Return Shipping
Once we receive your return/exchange request, a delivery executive will be assigned to pick up the product within 2-3 days. Please make sure that the item is in its original condition & all original packaging, accessories, & materials are included & intact.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received & inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account. In most cases, processing between financial institutions takes approximately 2–3 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at care@dripyug.in. Our team will investigate the matter & provide an update as quickly as possible.
Gift Returns
If your item was purchased as a gift & shipped directly to you, you may return it by following the standard return process outlined above.
Once the returned item is approved & received, a digital gift certificate for the value of the return will be sent to your email address.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately at care@dripyug.in.
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. We use shipment tracking information & carrier delivery confirmations to verify all damage claims. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.
